As an existentialist and Positive Psychotherapist, the aim of existentialism is to help clients find meaning in their life and to live life with courage and accountability. PPT is an integrative method, which includes humanistic, systemic, psychodynamic and CBT-elements. It can be described as a humanistic psychodynamic psychotherapy, which is based on a positive conception of human nature.
